Hotel is overall good but very very small space for taking the bath in bathroom. You even can not stand properly there. However it is my second visit in this hotel. Earlier i had a good room and space. But this time they allocated me the room with very limited space. It is just behind the Kaushambi Metro Station..

I had a very unpleasant experience with the reception staff, especially Mr. Om Chaudhary. His behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, he spoke in a disrespectful tone and showed no interest in resolving my concerns. Customer service is a basic expectation in hospitality, but this was completely lacking. Such behavior creates a very negative impression of the hotel. Management should seriously look into this and ensure better training for their staff.

Very disappointing experience. The room was not clean, the reception staff was unhelpful, and the manager’s behavior was extremely rude and unprofessional. The surrounding area also did not feel safe. Definitely not worth the money

Location is convenient but staff is not co-operative and hospitality and respect to guests is zero. Moreover food quality is very poor. Not recommended at all if u want peaceful stay with good quality food
